National Liner is a premium cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) trenchless rehabilitation system. The system consists of a polyester felt tube, which is saturated with a thermosetting resin.
All materials used by National Liner meet applicable ASTM standards and requirements for trenchless sewer pipeline rehabilitation. These include ASTM D-790 "Test Methods for Flexural Properties of Unreinforced and Reinforced Plastics and Electrical Insulating Materials and ASTM D-638 "Test Methods for Live Load Coefficient".
