The National Liner® cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) products are a proven, cost-effective trenchless pipeline rehabilitation system. National Liner®, established in 1994 has been installed in excess of 18 million liner feet of pipe. National Liner® Liner is engineered with a 50-year design life to economically rehabilitate the damaged pipe.

The National Liner® CIPP product starts with a tube made from non-woven, needled polyester felt material. The National Liner tube is vacuum impregnated with a thermosetting resin that has excellent corrosion resistance and physical properties. Once inserted into the pipe, it is expanded and cured, forming a smooth, continuous pipe inside the host pipe. This continuous length liner will help to eliminate groundwater infiltration.

The felt manufactured for National Liner® can be installed with a wall thicknesses ranging from 4.5 mm to 60 mm, for pipe lines ranging from 6" to 120" in diameter.

National Liner installers have many options that can insure their ability to adapt to any unique job situation or application. The tube can be either our standard felt liner or for unique situations we have a reinforced tube at our disposal. We also offer felt tube for Inversion or Pull-in method. Our resin manufactures have several different options, Polyester/ Vinyl Ester/No VOC, to help with specific project applications.
